.New Delhi: Communicating at the 47th yearly standard appointment of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, leader and also taking care of supervisor of Dependence Industries, mentioned that the empire created 1.7 lakh new tasks in 2013. "Rather than only the traditional direct work model, Reliance is welcoming more recent incentive-based versions. That is why the straight job varieties show a small dip in the annual amounts, although the complete work developed through Dependence has risen," Ambani mentioned. He even more included that the company last year included over 1.7 lakh new tasks. "If our team include both traditional and more recent involvement styles, the head count today is nearly 6.5 lakhs." According to Reliance's annual record, the worker stamina at the business stood up at 3,47,362 in FY24 compared with 3,89,414 a year ago. The consumption of brand new employees was lowered through greater than a third to 1,71,116.
